Meet Jerod Price: Juniper's Chef de Cuisine in training!
Jerod has worked for Juniper since March 2022 and has quickly risen through the ranks from Sous Chef to Chef De Cuisine in training and we couldn't be happier! Jerod has always been a superstar in the kitchen. He grew up assisting his grandma with dinner, then went on to work at country clubs, golf courses, buffets, and hotels.
Jerod is all about creating dishes that impress Juniper's guests and fostering a creative space for his team. He is extremely passionate about what he does, and is always trying to make those around him happy. His favorite way to do that is with his delicious food.
According to Jerod, there’s nothing more fun to make on the menu than Juniper's ravioli! It’s hearty, silky, and reminds him of the food he ate growing up. He loves making things from scratch, figuring out how it all works. His three kitchen tools he can’t live without are his Chef’s knife, paring knife, and a good peeler.
Jerod was raised in a small town in Kansas before he moved to Tulsa for school, fell in love with it, and has been here ever since. When he’s not in the kitchen he is most likely disc golfing, hiking, hunting, or fishing. You’ll always find him at his happiest being outdoors.
