Meet Mike, Freya's new Bar Manager!

We are thrilled to introduce FREYA: Nordic Kitchen's new bar manager, Mike, who has been bartending for seven years and got his start right here in Tulsa. Mike is passionate about working with creative individuals, and he loves being a part of the amazing service industry that Tulsa has to offer. His co-workers are like family to him, and he values the collaborative spirit that is so prevalent in our city.

When he's not behind the bar, Mike likes to work on his "perpetually broken motorcycle." It's a passion of his, and it helps him unwind after a long shift. He appreciates the classics, which is why his favorite drink to make and enjoy is The Aviation.

As a first-time bar manager, Mike is excited to take on this new role and facilitate a space for his team to come together and create something truly special. He believes in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can thrive and bring their unique talents to the table. We can't wait to see what amazing things Mike and his team will accomplish together at Freya!
