Assistant Manager

Summary of Position:

Oversee and ensure that attentive and extraordinary service is provided to all guests, standards regarding quality of food and beverage served are met by both FOH and BOH, opening and closing procedures for all positions are complete, and restaurant is maintained in pristine condition.  Work with GM and Bar Manager to achieve sales, labor, and cost of goods goals.  Act as Manager on Duty  3 days and 2 nights per week.

Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older.

  • Communicate respectfully and honestly with others, including all staff.

  • Knowledge of service, food, and beverage with at least 5 years of experience in front of house operations.

  • Solid command of all products

  • Recognize the effects of alcohol on guests and respond accordingly

  • Valid THD Food handler’s License and management certification

  • Valid ABLE Commission LBW license

  • POS experience and be able to do basic math calculations.

  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, up to 6 hours
