Dishwasher
Summary of Position:
Properly clean, maintain, and organize all dishes, flatware, cups, utensils, pans, and equipment in the kitchen. The dishwasher is the backbone of the restaurant, and they must possess excellent organization skills. Ability to maintain proper, consistent levels of cleanliness of all items in kitchen. Must be able to work quickly, efficiently, and cleanly.
Qualifications
Communicate respectfully and honestly with others, including all staff.
Valid Tulsa Food Handler’s Permit
Work in a standing position for long periods of time, up to 8 hours
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Be able to lift to 50 pounds above your head
